Biography
Richard is an experienced teacher and Head of Department, as well as a talented artist in his own right. Richard has been an art correspondent visiting artist and an Artist in Residence at two schools in the UK and has a great deal of international experience, both in Germany and here in Tashkent, as Head of Design at TIS. We are looking forward to Richard bringing his creative flare and dedication to WIST
