A career in education over the last decade has led Richard to work across Europe, South America, Asia, The Middle East and Australasia. His jobs have included designing experiential education programmes for notable International Schools, encouraging young people to appreciate the outdoors as well as coordinating 29 day residential programmes for a private school in New Zealand. He firmly believes in the benefits of drawing real world experiences into the classroom coupled with a positive framework to promote excellent progress across MYP. Driven by a passion for supporting young people, he delivers outstanding educational programmes that actively promote problem solving, resilience and open mindedness. Richard is often found in the mountains, running, climbing, appreciating nature or taking photos that he can use in his lessons.
